There have been studies that by bathing with sea kelp can lead to weight loss as it removes toxins that hinder thyroid function and increases insulin resistance known as the major causes of obesity and weight gain.

Sea Kelp nourishes the skin from deep within through natural polyphenols which greatly
contribute in protecting the skin from harmful substances and various skin diseases.

How to prepare a Sea Kelp bath?
First: Fill the tub with warm water at least 38° C.
Next: Add 1/2 cup or 1 packet of sea kelp powder under running water.
Then: Dip in the tub.
Last: Soak for 30 minutes.

Rinse with a cold shower after.
Slip into a heated bath wrap.

Drink 8-16oz water to stay hydrated.
