Why Should I Try The 3-D Approach?
Most lasers only treat one or two aging conditions. The 3-D system takes care of many issues in one appointment. It addresses all of the most common conditions of aging including age spots, sun damage, wrinkles, fine lines, and lax skin. A series of 3-D treatments are often recommended in order to obtain optimal, long term results.
What Are The Most Common Areas For Treatment?
The most popular areas for treatments are the face and neck. It also works well on other body parts, including the hands, arms, and abdomen.
What Does The 3-D Treatment Feel Like?
IPL Facial delivers a series of pulses of light. With each pulse, you may feel a mild, brief pinching sensation. Laser Genesis treatments are gentle and soothing. During the session, you will feel a series of warm pulses along your skin. With each Titan® pulse, you’ll first feel cool, then a brief heating sensation, followed by a cool feeling. Most clients do not require medication, but some are more comfortable taking a mild pain reliever ahead of time.
How Many Treatments Will I Need?
Your treatment plan will be customized to your needs and desired outcome. Most clients can expect between two and six treatments. Each treatment offers our top three technologies at once, in a layered sequence, for maximum results.
Are There Any Side Effects?
You may notice a slight redness or mild swelling in the treated area, but that will disappear within a few hours.
When Will I See Results?
Immediate results are observed by some clients. More typically, you will see results in two to four weeks, and improvements will continue for several months.
What to Expect
Treatment Day
First, you will be provided eye shields to protect yourself from the laser during treatment. The treatment will begin with the provider guiding the handpiece over the treatment area. Depending on the care option we select, you may feel nothing during treatment or mild discomfort. Post treatment instructions will be provided to manage pain if necessary. You may also experience some redness and/or swelling a few days after at the treatment site but this typically resolves by the third day.
